To obtain a tax deduction receipt form, please send an email to jmora@bethesdafire.org with your 1. name, 2. complete address, 3. date of contribution, 4. location of contribution ("box at Station # _" or "box at Democracy Station") and 5. best way to contact you.
Thank you for your donation and cooperation.
